To ensure smooth, safe, and efficient pickups, passengers are requested to meet their assigned driver at the agreed collection point.

1. School Transport

  • Students should be ready at least 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
  • Drivers will wait for a reasonable period before continuing their route.
  • Parents or authorised guardians should accompany younger children where required.

2. Airport & Private Hire

  • Your driver will wait at the agreed meeting location provided in your booking confirmation.
  • For airport pickups, flight monitoring may be used where applicable.
  • Drivers may contact passengers if assistance is required in locating the meeting point.

  • Terminal 1: Closed
